• Prices may vary compared to other regions due to exchange rates, taxes, and other economic factors. Currency conversions are approximate, and the final price may be slightly higher or lower than the equivalent in another currency, depending on these factors.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Kamys Workshop SRL does not store or process credit card information—Stripe handles all transactions. By placing an order, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Security and hCaptcha
For security purposes, Kamy’s Workshop uses hCaptcha to verify users when:

• Logging into an account.
• Placing an order.
• Registering a new account.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe displayed at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors.

• Orders within Romania are shipped via Sameday.
• International orders are shipped via DHL.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, or force majeure events.
• Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
• Kamy’s Workshop SRL is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused and pristine condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Images of crepe paper flowers and handcrafted designs.
• Text descriptions, tutorials, and artistic representations of our creations.
• Logos, branding elements, and other graphical materials.

are the exclusive property of Kamys Workshop SRL and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.
